Monday Morning Meditation: Virtual

Learn how to increase your awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, and self-soothe. Develop tools and techniques for your own personal meditation practice for your everyday life. Class may include guided meditation, light movement, self-hypnotherapy, deep relaxation techniques, and a light inspirational talk.
Introduction of topic
Guided Mindfulness Meditation
Quick stretch break and deeper discussion
Less guided Pranayama or Zazen Meditation
Grounding exercise and a moment to yourself before the end of class
All levels welcome! Friendly to beginners.
Drop-ins are $7.00 per class
Memberships are $5.00 per month (includes 3-4 classes a month, access to our recordings, voting power, and a welcoming community of meditators)
