About Sharon

I’m Sharon Cleere! I have been using my years of experience with meditation, mindfulness and yoga to design coping techniques that are the foundation of Meditation Corporation. I am also the author of  “Namaste, Rainbow!”

When it comes to the struggle of mental health I feel your pain. Previously, I was diagnosed with depression, ADHD, and PTSD. I wasn’t finding any relief from medication or therapy. I knew I needed to take a different approach to regain balance in my life. I left my job, my home, and my lifestyle in search of answers. Along the way, I found myself in India where I became a certified yoga instructor and meditation guide, I turned to Taoism in China and became intrigued by mindfulness and auto-hypnosis to healing myself.

I found a passion for helping others on their journey towards better mental health and happiness. Today, I jump out of bed with a big smile on my face because my clients are finding mental clarity and meaning in their lives through my pragmatic and holistic approach to meditation, mindfulness, and self-care practices.
