About Sharon Cleere

Sharon knows the corporate world.  For many years she worked as an office manager and event coordinator.  Her corporate jobs didn't create space for her mental health and ultimately led to burnout. 

She knew it didn't have to be like this so she became a certified yoga instructor and meditation guide. She found a new passion for introducing mindfulness into the corporate landscape to improve focus, productivity, and well-being.
