Today I proudly say I have a loving relationship with my mind. But this wasn’t always the case, like so many of us, I struggled with my mental health.
Western medicine and therapy weren't providing relief. So, I decided to leave everything behind in search of help. Along the way, I became a certified meditation and yoga instructor in India, became passionate about Taoism in china, and eventually a certified hypnotist.
